Joedance Film Festival
Joedance Film Festival screens award winning, original short films created by directors, producers, writers, and actors with a North Carolina or South Carolina connection in the remarkable 200-seat theater at the Charlotte Ballet's Patricia McBride & Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux Center for Dance in Fourth Ward. Joedance, now a three-day film festival August 1 - 3, 2019, raises funds for Atrium Health Levine Children’s for pediatric cancer research. This year 18 short films will be screened over three nights.
VIP Tickets include admission to a private reception starting at 6 p.m. each night.
General Admission doors open at 7 p.m. for a public reception.
Films begin each night at 8 p.m.
The Patricia McBride & Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux Center for Dance is home to Charlotte Ballet. The facility features administrative and rehearsal spaces, as well as the Charlotte Ballet Academy. Charlotte Ballet's Innovative Works series is performed in the Center for Dance's 200-seat theater.
