The 61st Annual Singing Christmas Tree & The Singing Christmas Tree for Kids

Dec 12 - 13 , 2015 · KNIGHT THEATER at Levine Center for the Arts

$19 - $34 Early pricing through Oct 30; $23 - $38 starting Oct 31. The Singing Christmas Tree for Kids performances are $16.

Presented by: Carolina Voices

Carolina Voices is excited to announce the move of its signature production, The Singing Christmas Tree, to the beautiful Knight Theater in Uptown Charlotte.

Don't miss the 32-foot twinkling "singing Tree" filled with the soaring voices of MainStage Choir as they embrace this year’s theme, “Home for Christmas." Special guests will include the amazing vocal talents of Paul Zeman and Keston Steele, plus the nationally-renowned Grey Seal Puppets, Young Voices of the Carolinas and Miller Street Dance Academy. In addition to holiday song favorites I’ll Be Home for Christmas and O Holy Night, Carolina Voices has the privilege of presenting the regional premiere of Glow by renowned American composer, Eric Whitacre.

Come see the Tree like you've never seen it before.  It's great holiday entertainment for the whole family!

The Singing Christmas Tree for KIDS returns for its sixth year with two performances of an all-new show featuring The Grey Seal Puppets, Carolina Kids’ Voices Tree Choir and the “dancing hippo,” of course!  Created specifically for children ages 3 to 10, this family-friendly show includes rousing sing-a-longs, favorite kids holiday tunes, amazing dancers and, of course, a visit from Santa Claus. At just one hour in length, it offers parents a wonderful way to introduce young children to the arts!

* Children under 2 do not need a ticket as long as they remain seated on an adult’s lap.
