Ticket Donation Request Form

Blumenthal Arts strives to bring entertainment and enrichment to our community. If you would like to request tickets to be donated to your organization please use the form below. A copy of your IRS 501(c)3 letter is required. Please carefully read the guidelines below before submitting your request.  

Guidelines:

• Requesting organizations must be a Charlotte area-based nonprofit, 501(c)3. Requests that do not include an exemption letter as specified below will be denied. If you are unable or unwilling to provide this please contact us at marketingdonations@blumenthalarts.org to inquire directly.
• Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of your event.
• Each donation is for the number of tickets specified in the event request dropdown.
• We accept requests via this online form only.
• We only provide in-kind ticket donations based on the availability of tickets. Please select which show you would like tickets for from the dropdown menu in the form.
• If your event is after the last available show option, please check back later for future options. Submissions with write in requests will be denied. If you have questions regarding a specific event please contact marketingdonations@blumenthalarts.org. 
• Donation requests must include a copy of an official 501(c)3 tax exemption letter as provided by the IRS. Requests submitted without this letter will be denied.

Please note:

• Please provide your guest's name and email to marketingdonations@blumenthalarts.org after your event. After your request is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your donation details and instructions to provide your guest on how to redeem their tickets.
• Past support of an organization or event does not guarantee future support.
• Requests for donations are limited to one request per year, per organization.
• Donated tickets are non-exchangeable. Please carefully note the event name, and the date(s) and time (if applicable) of your request both when requesting and on the confirmation email you receive to ensure accuracy.
• We receive hundreds of donation requests a year, and although we would love to support all worthwhile causes, we regret that we cannot grant every request.
