Ticket Donation Request Form

Blumenthal Arts is proud to provide entertainment and enrichment opportunities to our community through ticket donations. If you would like to request tickets to be donated to your organization, use the form below. Please carefully read the guidelines before submitting. Due to the high volume of requests we receive and limited ticket availability, we are unable to approve every request. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Guidelines:

• Requesting organizations must be a Charlotte area-based nonprofit, 501(c)3.
• Donation requests must include a copy of an official 501(c)3 tax exemption letter as provided by the IRS. Requests submitted without this letter will be denied.
• Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of your event.
• Requests are only accepted via the online form. Requests sent by email or other methods will not be processed. 
• Ticket donations are only available for select Blumenthal Arts events and are limited to two tickets.
• Donation requests cannot be filled for specific performances.
• Past support of an organization or event does not guarantee future support.
• Organizations may request a ticket donation once per year.

Please note:

• If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the donation details and instructions to provide to the recipient on how to redeem the tickets.
• Donated tickets are non-exchangeable. Please carefully note the event name, and the date(s) and time (if applicable) of the request on the confirmation email you receive to ensure accuracy.
