Presented by Blumenthal Arts, a leading cultural nonprofit serving the Carolinas.
Blume Studios is a reimagined creative warehouse built for bold, constant change. Located in the new Iron District—a 55.5-acre development connecting Uptown Charlotte and South End—it honors the site’s industrial past while looking ahead. Once home to Charlotte Pipe and Foundry for over a century, the space now welcomes artists, audiences, and creative risk-takers, setting the tone as the Iron District’s first experience-driven destination.
Stage 1
Big, flexible, and always changing, this space is designed for large-scale immersive installations, rotating art experiences, and high-energy social moments.
By day, it becomes a playground for interactive storytelling and visual spectacle. By night, it fills with music, movement, cocktails and conversation. The bar is buzzing, the room is alive. Stage 1 invites you to explore, linger, and see where the night takes you.
Stage 2
Stage 2 brings the action up close. Designed for intimate, performance-driven experiences, this space is perfect for immersive theater, magic, and storytelling that pulls you right into the moment. Every seat feels personal. Every reaction matters.
Performances unfold around you, not just in front of you. Stage 2 is where connection is immediate, the energy is electric, and the experience stays with you long after the lights come up.

An Immersive VR journey across 3.5 billion years.
This VR experience brought prehistoric landscapes and ancient creatures into vivid reality through full-room motion tracking and scientifically accurate reconstructions. The Life Chronicles expedition was co-produced by the Paris National Museum of Natural History.
Space Explorers
Transport 250 miles above earth.
This experience offered audiences a rare opportunity to witness life as an astronaut onboard the International Space Station (ISS). The immersive experience transformed one of the city’s most dynamic creative hubs into a launchpad for discovery, wonder, and perspective.
