We require a 10% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit in order to hold seats. Final payment is due either 60 days after the order is created or 30 days prior to the show, whichever comes first. Policies may vary by show.
Refunds and Exchanges
Group tickets may not be exchanged for another performance and are non-refundable.

Group Leader Rewards Program
Group Leaders will earn one point for every group ticket purchased for qualifying shows. Points will be redeemable toward raffle entries for prize packages at the end of the season. There will also be opportunities throughout the season to earn bonus points - be sure to check your email and follow us on Facebook!

One entry for a chance to win a selection of Broadway show merchandise
BPA Package - 100 Points
One entry for a chance to win a pair of tickets to a mutually agreeable Blumenthal-presented show of your choice (does not include PNC Broadway Lights shows)
Broadway Lights Package - 150 Points
One entry for a chance to win a pair of tickets to a 2019-2020 PNC Broadway Lights mutually agreeable show, two Founders Room passes, and entry for two to the cast party
What is a Group Leader?
A Group Leader is someone who organizes the group outing - contacts the Group Sales department, books the tickets, collects the money, organizes transportation, and plans any pre-show or post-show activities. We know it isn't an easy job, so we wanted to show our appreciation for you by setting up the rewards program!
How can I get points?
Group Leaders will receive one point for each group ticket purchased for qualifying shows. Complimentary tickets do not count toward your points total. Leaders will also have opportunities throughout the season to receive bonus points!
When can I spend my points?
Group Leaders will be contacted at the end of every points season with their point totals and redemption options.
How can I spend my points?
Points can be split between different tiers. For example, if you finish the season with 300 points, you can either receive two Broadway Lights Package entries -OR- receive one Broadway Lights Package entry, one BPA Package entry, & one Merch Package entry.
Any other information I should know?
Points do not carry over from season to season. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Points will be given to individual Group Leaders by their name, not their organization.
