THE ALUMINUM SHOW
Knight Theater – January 12-31, 2010
Charlotte, NC – THE ALUMINUM SHOW, the sensational hit around the world, is a sure-fire hit with Charlotte area kids. So the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center is extending its hugely popular Kids’ Night at the Knight free child’s ticket offer to allow more children to experience this incredible show, direct from Israel. The free show ticket for a child (with paying adult) is available so long as tickets are available for the performance.
The Kids’ Night offers are valid for children 14 and younger. For complete details call 704.372.1000, visit www.BlumenthalCenter.org/Aluminum or come by the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center Box Office located in the Tryon Street lobby of the Belk Theater.
“Kids are having so much fun at THE ALUMINUM SHOW that we wanted to make sure as many families as possible could enjoy this unique theatrical creation together at an affordable price,” said Center President Tom Gabbard.
This ingenious show, which brings warmth and animation to cold, industrial materials, has also been compared to highly entertaining productions like THE BLUE MAN GROUP and STOMP. THE ALUMINUM SHOW is the brainchild of Israeli dancer, Ilan Azriel. He’s blended visual theater, dance, puppetry, illusion and special effects to create a brilliant evening of enjoyment.
THE ALUMINUM SHOW makes its Charlotte debut as part of the Duke Energy Broadway Lights series. This engagement is sponsored by WSOC-TV.
