Center Employee Changes Life By Giving A Little Each Month

Kevin Grooms, who works in the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center's ticketing department, was recently featured in The Charlotte Observer for his generosity to a children's charity.
Eight years ago, Kevin began sending monthly checks to a young boy in Honduras. A bond developed between the pair through the thank you notes and letters. In Janurary, Kevin visited Gerardo and his family. Their bond deepened and so did Kevin's commitment.
