What is a Blumenthal Volunteer?
A “Blumenthal Volunteer” is a dedicated and committed individual who enriches the lives of others in the community. Serving as ambassadors to the public, volunteers are vital to the success of Blumenthal Performing Arts.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, complete an application, and a personal interview. Desired traits include: excellent communication and people skills, a desire to serve our patrons, and a commitment to Blumenthal Performing Arts. Volunteers are expected to work a minimum of three (3) events per month. They must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs to all levels of our theaters, and read tickets in dim lighting. Our scheduling process requires regular computer access and an e-mail address. Opportunities for volunteers are provided without regard to religion, creed, race, national origin, age, sex, or disability. Please note the first 90 days of the volunteer experience will be mutually probationary.
